Edellisen postauksen johdattelemana tässä tulee viime hetken askarteluvinkki. Ovikranssit ovat nimittäin lempparikoristeitani. Olen tehnyt niitä useita. Tyylistä riippuen ne voivat olla super helppoja tai sitten vaikeampia tehdä. Tämä on super helppo ja sen materiaalit ovat kaikki kirpputorilta. Paitsi ehkä satiininauharusetit, en enää muista mistä nauhat tulivat, mutta ne olivat kiinni jossain hankkimassani tuotteessa noin vuosi sitten.

Yesterdays was sort of a lead up to this post. The last minute Christmas decor DIY. Wreaths are one of my favourites. I have made several. Depending on style, they can be either super easy, or more difficult to make. This is one of the super easy ones. I found materials for this from flea market. Except perhaps the satin ribbons. I can’t really remember where they came from, but they were attached to an item I bought about a year ago.

kranssipohja
koristeita (tässä miniomenoita)
vapaavalintaisia lisukkeita kuten tekolunta tai koristenauhoja
kuumaliimaa ja -pistooli
pätkä metallilankaa tai narua

You need
wreath base
decorations (here mini apples and such)
optional additions like fake snow or ribbons
hotglue and hotglue gun
piece of wire or twine

Sommittele koristeet kranssiin ja liimaa paikoilleen kuumaliimalla.
Lisää ilmettä spreijaamalla tekolunta/huurretta, kultamaalilla,
kietomalla nauhoja jne. Mielikuvitus on rajana. /
Style decoration to the wreath and glue them on.
Add more texture by fake snow spray, gold paint, 
ribons etc. Only your imagination is the limit. 

Kiinnitä ripustuslenkki. Pyöreäkärkiset pihdit ovat metallin
taivutteluun paremmat, mutta löysin tähän hätään vain nämä. /
Make loop for hanging, either from wire or twine. Roundnose
pliers are better for bending the wire, but I was able to find oly these.

Ripusta ja ihaile. Muista aina ihailla kättesi
jälkeä, ihan vaan siltä varalta että kukaan muu ei sitä tee. /
Hang and admire your handiwork. Always remember
to do that, just in case no-one else does.
