Nyt kaikki historianelävöityksestä ja pukuhistoriasta kiinnostuneet kuulolle! Tampereella nimittäin tapahtuu. Kahden viikon päästä on taas mahdollisuus pukeutua 1700-luvun asuihin ja päästä vanhaan tunnelmaan mukaan. Elävöitysryhmä L’Amusette järjestää pitkästä aikaa päivätapahtuman historianharrastajille. Tiedossa on vähän tanssia, mutta myös ompelusalonkia, juoruilua (onhan Tammerforsin societee jo hieman pahamaineisesti tunnettu jos jonkinmoisesta hieman epämääräisestä ja elostelevasta toiminnasta), muuta viihdykettä piirustuksen ja mahdollisesti ääneenlausunnan muodossa, lounasta ja iltapäiväteetä kuten hyvään salonkiin kuuluu, sekä viimeisimmät uutiset vallankumouksen alla kuohuvasta Ranskasta. Ilmoittautuminen on auki 20.2 asti, joten nyt pikapikaa raapustamaan pukstaavia ilmoittautumiskaavakkeeseen. Huomioithan että tilaisuuteen on pukukoodi. Jos uskallus tai vaatekaapin varustelu ei vielä riitä tähän tapahtumaan niin esimakua voi ottaa Ylöjärven Leija-kirjastossa ystävänpäivänä 14.2. Siellä nimittäin järjestetään teekutsut Jane Austenin ystäville. Tiedossa on kevyt luento Austenin romaaneista ja aikalaista musiikkia. Tapahtuman tarkemmat tiedot FB-sivuilta. All of you residing or visiting in Finland and interested in costume history, living history or re-enactment, pay attention! Tampere is in the heart of the action again. In two weeks you have the chance to go back in time to 1700’s. Living history group L’Amusette is organizing finally a long waited daytime event for history lovers. There will be little bit of dancing but also sewing club, some gossiping (after all Tammerfors society does have a bit of a scandalous reputation of shady and rakish manners), other entertainment in the form of drawing from live model and possibly book reading, some light lunch and afternoon tea and perhaps the latest news from revolutionary France. If you are too shy or your wardrobe isn’t well enough equipped for that event yet, you can have a little taster on Valentine’s day, 14.2 at Ylöjärvi library Leija. There will be tea party for Jane Austen fans. Lecturer will tell about Austen’s novels and era and there will be also music from that time. More information about the event FB-page.
