Jatketaan kenkäasialla. Nyt tarvitsen hieman apuja rakkailta lukijoilta. Ostin viime vuonna kirppikseltä nämä hienot vintage-tyyliset broque-kengät. Vaikka ovatkin varsin nätit ne ovat jostain syystä jääneet hyvin vähälle käytölle. Jostain syystä vierastan tuota konjakinruskeaa sävyä. Kenkien kärjissä on selkeästi tummempia likatahroja. Ne eivät varsinaisesti mua haittaa, mutta en vain ole osannut yhdistää kenkiä oikein mihinkään asuihin. Radikaalein vaihtoehto on pistää kengät eteenpäin kiertoon, mutta en ihan vielä ole valmis niistä luopumaan sillä potentiaalia löytyy.

Kysymys kuuluukin: värjäytänkö ne suutarilla mustaksi tai tumman viininpunaiseksi (en ole varma onnistuisiko punainen edes) vai jätänkö värin entiselleen?

Lets continue with shoe-issue. Now I need little bit help from my dear readers. Last year I bought these lovely vintage-styled broque-shoes from flea-market. Even though they are very pretty, for some reason I haven’t used them much. Somehow that cognag-colour doesn’t feel my kind of colour. There is darker stains on the tip of both shoes. But that doesn’t really bother me, I just haven’t been able to combine them with any of my outfits. Most radical option is to pass them forward, but I’m not ready to give up yet, because they have lot of potential.

The question is: should I have them dyed black or dark winered (I’m not even sure if dark winered is possible) in shoerepair-shop or should I leave them as they are?
