Vuodenvaihde sitten tuli ja meni. Meill\u00e4 se sujui hyvin pitk\u00e4lti kotisohvalla v\u00e4llyihin k\u00e4\u00e4riytyneen\u00e4. Is\u00e4nt\u00e4 k\u00e4rsi flunssasta ja min\u00e4 migreenist\u00e4. Niinp\u00e4 sitten puolikuntoisena p\u00e4\u00e4dyimme tuijottamaan ilotulitteita tv-ruudun v\u00e4lityksell\u00e4 Finrexinin ja Panacodin voimin. Joka vuosi on ihan yht\u00e4\u00a0outoa opetella kirjoittamaan vuosi uusin numeroin.<\/p>\n

Luulin ett\u00e4 2013 oli rankka vuosi, mutta pakko todeta ett\u00e4 2014 oli viel\u00e4 rankempi, etenkin syksy on ollut todella raskas. Huonot hetket\u00a0eiv\u00e4t t\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 blogissa ole juurikaan n\u00e4kyneet, ihan tarkoituksella. Haluan ett\u00e4 blogi pysyy minulle ja lukijoillekin kivana paikkana, enk\u00e4 v\u00e4lit\u00e4 t\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 hirve\u00e4sti ruotia kaikkein negatiivisimpia asioita. Sen verran kuitenkin valotan tilannetta ett\u00e4 alam\u00e4ke\u00e4 menn\u00e4\u00e4n. Burnout- ja masennustaustani olen ohimennen joidenkin postausten yhteydess\u00e4 maininnutkin.\u00a0Kerran masennuksen sairastettuani joudun jatkuvasti pit\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n vointiani silm\u00e4ll\u00e4, ett\u00e4 osaan l\u00f6ys\u00e4t\u00e4 ennenkuin k\u00e4y huonosti. Nyt ollaan siin\u00e4 pisteess\u00e4 ett\u00e4 on parasta puhaltaa peli v\u00e4h\u00e4ksi aikaa poikki ja v\u00e4hent\u00e4\u00e4 stressi\u00e4 aiheuttavia juttuja niin pitk\u00e4lti kuin mahdollista.<\/p>\n

Haluan keskitty\u00e4 kivaan tekemiseen, sellaiseen mik\u00e4 antaa pelk\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n iloista mielt\u00e4 eik\u00e4 muutu stressaavaksi\u00a0pakolla suorittamiseksi. Valitettavasti t\u00e4m\u00e4 tarkoittaa sit\u00e4 ett\u00e4 saatan ja joudunkin kielt\u00e4ytym\u00e4\u00e4n monista kivoista jutuista joihin normaalisti en ep\u00e4r\u00f6isi l\u00e4hte\u00e4 mukaan. Toivon kuitenkin ett\u00e4 blogini pysyy jatkossakin kivan tekemisen paikkana. Samaa toivon my\u00f6s syksyn aikana l\u00f6ydetyist\u00e4 uusista harrastuksista, kuorolaulusta ja saksofonin soitosta. Niiden pit\u00e4isi toimia stressi\u00e4 lievitt\u00e4vin\u00e4 tekij\u00f6in\u00e4, joten toivon mukaan my\u00f6s pysyv\u00e4t sellaisena.<\/p>\n

Uudenvuodenlupauksia en ole tehnyt vuosiin, mutta ettei postaus py\u00f6risi ihan pelk\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n pohjamudissa niin tein listan kivoista asioista joista olen haaveillut ja jotka haluaisin tehd\u00e4 vuonna 2015. Ja oheen viel\u00e4 Joulukuun Instagrammeilut.<\/p>\n

New Years came and went. We spent it pretty much wrapped in blankets on our sofa. Hubby was suffering flu and I was suffering of slight migrain. So we ended up staring the fireworks from telly with the help of flu medication and pain killers. Every year it is so weird to learn to write the year in new numbers.<\/p>\n

I thought 2013 was rough year, but I have to say, 2014 was even rougher, especially the last quarter. Bad moments haven’t really been showing here in the blog, on purpose. I want to keep the blog as a nice and happy place for both, me and the readers. I don’t really care to go through the roughest parts in here. However I will tell you this much, I’m on a downhill right now. I have mentioned my background of burnout and depression before shortly in some other instances. When you have once gone through depression, you have to keep your eye on\u00a0the symptoms for the rest of your life. To make sure you don’t end up sick again. Now I find myself in the situation when I have to blow the whistle and pause the game for awhile.<\/p>\n

I have to cut down things that cause stress, as much as I can. I want and need to concentrate on things that bring joy, rather than become forceful and cause stress. Unfortunately this might and will mean that I have to say no to many fun\u00a0things I normally would not hesitate to join in. However I do hope that my blog stays among the nice, non-stressing things. I also hope that my new hobbies choir singing and sax playing will do\u00a0the same.\u00a0They are supposed to be stress relieving, and that’s the way I hope them to stay.<\/p>\n

I don’t make New Year’s resolutions, but to make sure this post isn’t going too depressing, I made a list of fun stuff that I have been dreaming and I’d like to do on the year 2015. And I added the December Instagram aswell.<\/p>\n

To do in the year 2015<\/strong><\/span>
\n– Learn to play Hercule Poirot theme on sax
\n– Travel onboard steam train wearing vintage or steampunk outfit
\n– Travel to England
\n– Clean and sensify my wardrobe (ongoing mission)<\/strong><\/span>
\n– Have a picnic
\n– Learn to make bobbin lace
\n– Sew a timeconsuming vintage-styled outfit (might not happen this year, but who knows)<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
