T\u00e4n\u00e4 vuonna p\u00e4\u00e4tin kokeilla valmistaa niit\u00e4 itse. Ette usko miten helppoa hommaa, suorastaan naurettavan helppoa! Resepti\u00e4\u00a0on my\u00f6s itse helppo muunnella. Paahda manteleita uunipellill\u00e4\u00a0noin 5-10 minuuttia. Sekoita ja k\u00e4\u00e4ntele manteleita ett\u00e4 ne eiv\u00e4t pala. Anna paahtua kunnes ovat kullanruskeita ja tuoksuvia ja ota sitten pois uunista.<br \/>\nSekoita teflonkasarissa hunaja, vesi ja \u00f6ljy. Kuumenna kiehumispisteeseen ja lis\u00e4\u00e4 sitten paahdetut mantelit. Anna kiehua noin 5 minuuttia, kunnes suurin osa nesteest\u00e4 on imeytynyt manteleihin.<br \/>\nKaada kulhoon puolet sokeri-kaneli-suola-seoksesta. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 joukkoon mantelit ja sekoita hyvin. My mum is always trying new recipes. Last Christmas she did delicious roasted honey almonds. They were so good I just could not stop eating them. This year I decided to make some myself. You don&#8217;t even believe how ridiculously easy job that was! Iit&#8217;s easy to make alterations on it too. Instead of ordinary sugar you can use cane sugar. You can also try hint of cayenne pepper, nutmeg, cardamom etc. Or if you don&#8217;t like spices, you can leave them off and just use sugar and salt. This portion is not very big, it will disappear from the bowl faster than you can say roasted honey almonds. They are also quite addictive, you have been warned.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Roasted honey almonds<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>3 dl of hole almonds<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong> (with peels)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n2 table spoons of honey<br \/>\n2 table spoons of water<br \/>\n2 tea spoons of almond oil or ordinary cooking oil<br \/>\n&#8211; &#8211; &#8211;<br \/>\n1\/2 dl of sugar or cane sugar<br \/>\n2 tea spoons of cinnamon powder<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong> (or other spices you like)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n1\/2 tea spoons of salt<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 225 Celcius. Roast almonds on oven pan for 5-10 minutes. Turn them around every now and then to prevent them burning. Roast until they are golden brown and smell nice.<br \/>\nMix honey, water and oil in teflon pan. Bring to boil and add roasted almonds. Allow to boil about 5 minutes, until most of the liquid has been mixed with the almonds.<br \/>\nPour half of the sugar-cinnamon-salt mix into a bowl. Add almonds and mix well. Sprinkle rest of the sugar-mix ontop.
