Sanotaanko nyt niin, ett\u00e4 kokeilevan keitti\u00f6ni tuotokset ovat joskus jokseenkin mielenkiintoisia. Tilanne vaatii siis lis\u00e4kokeita ja kyseinen projekti j\u00e4\u00e4 t\u00e4ll\u00e4 er\u00e4\u00e4 viel\u00e4 hautumaan sill\u00e4 raaka-aineiden sesonki meni jo ohi. Ke<\/span><\/span>inovalaistuksessa otetuista ruokakuvista olettekin aiempien kokkauksieni yhteydess\u00e4 saaneet jo sen verran k\u00e4sityst\u00e4 ett\u00e4 j\u00e4tet\u00e4\u00e4np\u00e4 suosista ne ihan minimiin. Voi ja sokeri hierotaan vaahdoksi. Keltuaiset lis\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4n voivaahtoon yksitellen hyvin vatkaten. Viimeiseksi lis\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4n jauhot joihin leivinjauhe on sekoitettu. Taikina levitet\u00e4\u00e4n voideltuun piirakkavuokaan. Keskelle j\u00e4tet\u00e4\u00e4n syvennyst\u00e4. Paistetaan 200 asteessa 15-17 minuuttia.<\/p>\n<p>Vatkataan valkuaisista ja sokerista kova vaahto. T\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n kypsennetty torttupohja raparperiseoksella ja kuorrutetaan valkuaisvaahdolla. Paistetaan torttua viel\u00e4 kunnes valkuaisvaahto on vaaleanruskeaa.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.evildressmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/inenglish.gif\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7004\" alt=\"inenglish\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.evildressmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/inenglish.gif?resize=214%2C100\" width=\"214\" height=\"100\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Before Juhannus I hinted that I might post food related stuff after Juhannus. Well, let&#8217;s put it this way. My experimental cooking is sometimes quite interesting. Situation demands more experiments so I leave that project for now, because the season for ingredients is now over. However I was thinking of sharing wonderful rhubarb recipe instead, since the rhubarb season is still on here in Finland, just.<\/p>\n<p>At this point I have to notify that you probably won&#8217;t find any stylish and artistic in-process photos of my cooking here. Our kitchen is small and impractical and so dark that with natural light you see nothing there.<span style=\"color: #888888;\"><strong> (The window is small and quite high and handily views directly to the corridor, wtf???)<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0We even had to add a separate spotlight above the kitchen counter because other lights are not bright enough and they are wrongly placed. Nicely designed apartment huh?! Anyways, you have already seen what the food photos taken in artificial light look like, on my previous cooking posts, so lets leave those to minimum. But here we go:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Delicious tarte<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong> aka rhubarb mereng pie<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Base:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<\/span>100 g butter<br \/>\n100 g sugar<br \/>\n200 g wheat flour<br \/>\n3-4 tea spoons of baking powder<br \/>\n3 egg yolks<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n400 g chopped rhubarb<br \/>\n1 dl sugar<br \/>\n2 table spoons of water<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Topping:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n3 egg whites<br \/>\n2 dl sugar<\/p>\n<p>Boil filling quickly\u00a0<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>(not so long it turns into pure)<\/strong><\/span> and cool it. Whip butter and sugar into airy mix. Add egg \u00a0yolks one by one, whisking properly. Lastly add flour, mixed with baking powder. Spread base on buttered tarte dish creating also edges on it. Bake in the oven in 200 Celcius for about 15-17 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Whisk egg whites with sugar into hard mix. Fill the baked base with rhubarb filling and spread egg white mix on top.
