Kangasp\u00e4\u00e4lysteiset napit ovat aina vieh\u00e4tt\u00e4neet minua. Ne antavat vaatteelle mukavaa luksuksen tunnetta. Vanhoista vaatteista saattaa joskus bongata kaksinkertaisia kangasp\u00e4\u00e4llysteisi\u00e4 nappeja joissa on k\u00e4ytetty kahta kangasta. Ne vaativat hieman enemm\u00e4n askartelua, mutta lopputulos on kaiken sen vaivan v\u00e4\u00e4rti. Fabric covered buttons have always fascinated me. They give your garment luxury feeling. Sometimes you can find old garments that have so called double buttons, with two different fabrics. They require a bit more work, but result is definitely worth the effort. I haven’t done any tutorials since December, so here’s how:<\/p>\n

Cut circles from fabrics, they should go comfortably around rings and buttons. Size of the circle must be quite precise because too large circle doesn’t go tight enough around the base.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Fabric covering the ring can be just a tad loose, so that the button in the middle will sink inside nicely.<\/em><\/p>\n
