Piirsin kaavan itse kuvan pukua mukaillen. \nLast minut projects continue. I signed in for Fall For Cotton-challenge last month<\/a>. And what do we know. I made the dress last minute. I found photos of lovely dress in my computers picture folders. I like the cut and style so I decided to go for that. I think I found it in one of the Etsy shops, but could not remember which and didn’t find it anymore either. Nice ones always sell so quickly.<\/p>\n

I drafted the pattern myself, according to the photo. Design is rather simple but collar is similar to jacket collars, not something you usually see on dresses. And now when I look at the photos I realized that I should have added pipings on the waist and bodice to make the cuts more visible. Now they are almost invisible. I just had so small pieces of that red fabric that I’m not sure if there would have been enough of it. I’m going to replace the flower buttons later when I have time. I’m going to make similar fabric covered ones than in the original.<\/p>\n
