\nWhen you come out of your bedroom in the morning and step on rat poop with your bare foot you wish you would have stayed in bed. You would also think that when having such small pets who mainly live in their cage they would be rather clean animals. But no. You have hoovered in the evening, and in the morning there is pile of rubbish on the floor. Rubbish including some rat poop, wood chips, food leftovers and pieces of cardboard. Rats have cardboard tube in the cage. They love to sleep in it, but they also love to rip it into pieces. Especially the larger one, Vala, loves also to “clean” the cage and throw “rubbish” on the floor through the cage gaps.<\/p>\n
