On ours luck: bloody damn hard. One hours little job turns into a three hours farce. This is how it goes:<br \/><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><br \/>Last week<\/span> we made online-booking for new winter tires and changing. We reserved time 7:30 but for some unknown reason we got conformation for 7:00. Not to worry, we were able to get out of bed half an hour earlier. Monday morning comes and boyfriend is behind company&#8217;s door 7:00 am sharp. Company bothers to open 7:10. There is queue already. When he finally manages to get to the counter he finds out that he is at the wrong counter <span style=\"font-size:85%;\">(very confusing markings at the counters)<\/span>. He is passed to the right counter just to hear that company&#8217;s computer system is down and they can&#8217;t access their reservation information. Boyfriend explains that he scheduled tire change for 7:00 o&#8217;clock <span style=\"font-size:85%;\">(well, actually he says the scheduled it for 7:30 but for some reason it was confirmed at 7:00)<\/span>. Oh but our mechanics don&#8217;t come to work until 8:00. Excuse me? Well, lets wait for an hour. <\/span><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">Or at this point about 40 minutes of waiting after standing behind closed doors and queuing?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mechanic shows<\/span> up at work and starts dealing with our car. Everything goes well untill he takes old winter tires from the boot. The plan was to get new winter tires and put them on old winter wheels. But now the man was going to replace summer tires with old, badly damaged winter tires. Fortunately boyfriend was there to check the situation and told the guy not to put them on. Mechanic is sorry about the mixup and gets the supervisor to solve the situation. Yaaawn! After half an hour discussion and couple harsh words they finally get the new tires on and it is time for payment. At the counter boyfriend was told that the card readersystem is also offline because it is connected to their computer system. So off to the cash dispenser. But surely they don&#8217;t give our own car to get there, but they want to lend him brand new vehicle to do that.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">When the hole<\/span> operation is finally over, it is three hours since he arrived to the door. Mechanic was nice guy and did his job well. Can&#8217;t blame him. But what kind of online booking system is that which makes reservations when staff is not even working? And when knowing the reliability of current computer systems, why don&#8217;t they print hardcopies from all the work orders just in case system failure? Supervisor was very sorry about it but at this point, any amount of sorries wasn&#8217;t enough to correct it. Reductions on the price they didn&#8217;t offer, of course. Thankfully boyfriend didn&#8217;t have to go to work straight from there. But what if he would have? He would have been very late and lost money. Sometimes life just sucks! We are going to send some feedback to the company when the bloodpressure comes down abit.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(102, 51, 0);\">PS.
