K\u00e4rsiv\u00e4llisyydell\u00e4 on rajansa. Kosmetiikan ollessa kyseess\u00e4 minulla se raja on kutakuinkin siell\u00e4 nollan tienoilla. Vaikka periaatteessa olen kiinnostunut kaikesta kosmetiikasta, sen omakohtainen testailu ja omaan k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n t\u00e4ydellisten juttujen etsint\u00e4 saa minut turhautumaan ja tuskastumaan<\/strong><\/span>. Meikkej\u00e4 lukuunottamatta hankin kosmetiikkaa yleens\u00e4 vain todelliseen tarpeeseen ja ostan uutta vasta kun joku tuote loppuu tai on loppumassa. Siksi en yleens\u00e4 en\u00e4\u00e4 uutta ostaessa muista mit\u00e4 tuotteita olen jo kokeillut ja todennut ep\u00e4sopiviksi. Olen huomannut ett\u00e4 blogin kirjoittaminen toimii t\u00e4ss\u00e4 hyv\u00e4n\u00e4 apuv\u00e4lineen\u00e4. Kun raportoin blogissa jostakin kokeilemastani tuotteesta voin my\u00f6hemmin juttuarkistosta tarkistaa mit\u00e4 mielt\u00e4 siit\u00e4 olin ja kannattaako testata v\u00e4lill\u00e4 jotain muuta. Lis\u00e4ksi olen saanut toveri-bloggareilta kullanarvoisia tuotevinkkej\u00e4 joista vakituiseen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6ni on p\u00e4\u00e4tynytkin joitakin.<\/p>\n

Kuulun siihen ihmisryhm\u00e4\u00e4n jolle hiusten huoliteltu ulkon\u00e4k\u00f6 on t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4, mutta joka ei kuitenkaan jaksa innostua hifistely-hiustuotteista eik\u00e4 panostaa s\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6llisiin varsin hinnakkaisiin kampaajak\u00e4ynteihin. Juurikasvukin saa rehottaa varsin vapautuneesti. Arkiaamuisin hiustenlaitto on v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4t\u00f6n paha, josta suoriudun nopeasti s\u00e4velt\u00e4en ja hermostun jos homma ei heti toimi. Bad hair-day iskee useammin kuin uskottekaan<\/strong><\/span>, mutta olen oppinut olemaan v\u00e4litt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00e4 siit\u00e4. Ostan hiuskosmetiikkaa hyvin harvoin. Bloggausharrastuksen ansiosta olen joutunut hankkimaan sit\u00e4 viel\u00e4kin harvemmin kun isommista blogi-miiteist\u00e4 on tippunut tuotelahjoina muutamia hiustuotteita ja hiusmalleilustakin on lahjottu shampoolla ja muotoilutuotteella. Viimeksi olen ostanut\u00a0 hiusaineita (tarpeeseen) <\/strong><\/span>toissasyksyn\u00e4 kun talvipakkanen teki hiuksista hirvitt\u00e4v\u00e4n s\u00e4hk\u00f6iset. Hankin kokeeksi s\u00e4hk\u00f6isyyden poistoon hiuksiin j\u00e4tett\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 markettimerkin hoitoainetta, joka toimikin varsin mainiosti. Tuotteen isoimpana miinuksena oli voimakas teollinen muka-suklaan haju, joka otti hajuherk\u00e4n nen\u00e4\u00e4n. Samaa tuotetta en siis toistamiseen hanki vaikka sen toimivuudessa ei ollutkaan erityist\u00e4 vikaa. Muuhun hiusten hoitoon minulta l\u00f6ytyy tuotelahjoina saatuja juttuja sen verran ett\u00e4 ilman vastaavaa erityistarvetta minun ei tarvitse hankkia shampoita tai hoitoaineita viel\u00e4 pariin vuoteen. Hiustuotteet kest\u00e4v\u00e4t minulla ikuisuuksia, sad but true.<\/p>\n

Olen suosinut jonkin aikaa hieman lyhyemp\u00e4\u00e4 hiusmallia joten muotoilutuotteilla ei ole ollut niin suurta merkityst\u00e4. Nyt on kuitenkin meneill\u00e4\u00e4n taas kasvatusprosessi ja sen \u00e4rsytt\u00e4vin vaihe: hiukset ovat liian lyhyet kunnon ponnarille mutta liian pitk\u00e4t nopeaan hiustenlaittoon. Hiusten laittaminen aamusin on kaksinverroin tuskaisempaa eik\u00e4 pelkk\u00e4 muotovaahto ja hiuslakka riit\u00e4. Siksi p\u00e4\u00e4sikin k\u00e4ym\u00e4\u00e4n niin ett\u00e4 kaupasta l\u00e4hti mukaani (ihan rahalla)<\/strong><\/span> hiustuote jonka toimivuutta aion testata. Minut sai ylipuhutuksi kampaaja-yst\u00e4v\u00e4ni N sek\u00e4 tyytyv\u00e4inen asiakas M (my\u00f6skin yst\u00e4v\u00e4ni)<\/strong><\/span>. Surffi-tukka ei ole koskaan ollut oikein minun tyyli\u00e4ni, mutta kampaaja N kertoi ett\u00e4 tuotetta voi k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s kiharoiden pohjalle jolloin kiharasta tulee napakampi, runsaampi ja kest\u00e4v\u00e4mpi. \nPatience has it’s limits. On my case, when it comes to cosmetics, the limit is quite at the bottom. Even though I’m interested in cosmetics, testing it and finding perfect producst for my own use is making me frustrated and agonised<\/strong><\/span>. I usually buy cosmetics in desperate need when product that I use is almost finished, (except for make up)<\/strong><\/span>. Thats why I very seldom remember if I have tried something before or if it was any good. I have noticed, however, that writing a blog helps me on that. When I report about something in here, I can check the post later and remind myself if the product was good or not. And ofcourse I get helpful recommendations and tips from fellow-bloggers. Some recommended products have ended up on my daily use.<\/p>\n

I am one of those people who considers stylish hair important features. However I’m not into hifi hair products or not very excited to spend loads of money on regular hairdresser appointments. Even roots are allowed to grow and grow. Early mornings are my nightmare and doing my hair then is just something that I bare just about. I do it fast and if it doesn’t work straight away I loose my nerve. Bad hair day attacks more often than you think<\/strong><\/span>, but I have learned not to care about it. I buy hair cosmetics very rarely. And blogging has meant for me that I need to buy it even less than before. I have recieved some hair care products from larger blog meetings and I have also hair modelled for product manufacturers with hair product gifts. So last time when I actually bought hair care products was in autumn 2009 when I needed anti frizz product. I found one from local super market and it was pretty good but faux chocolate fragrance made me feel nausiated. I am sensitive to all smells and fragrances because of migrain so I won’t be buying that product again even though it was working otherwise pretty well.\u00a0 Anyway, I have so much gift hair products at home that it will take couple more years before I need to buy any shampoo or conditioner. They last me for ages, sad but true.<\/p>\n

I have been wearing a bit shorter hair style for a while now so styling products didn’t matter so much. Now I am growing it again and it is on the most annoying phase: hair is too short for proper ponytail but too long for quick fix. Putting the hair right in the morning is twice as annoying than before, mousse and hairspray just aren’t enough. That is the reason why I went to the shop and got something for my hair. My hairdresser friend N and her happy customer M (also my friend)<\/strong><\/span> both recommended Cutrin Sea Salt Spray<\/a>. It is supposed to give volume and body and create matte surf-hair sort of do. Surf-style isnt’t quite me, but N also told me that it is good base product for curls, making them last longer and giving body and structure. Well, soon we will see if it really works. I have heard from hairdresser before that I have lots of hair and it is rather thick. It is also very straight and slippery. Curls don’t stay for much more than one day, if even that. Perm is a different matter of course. Anyway, to celebrate my bad hair day, I tried Sea Salt Spray for the first time this morning. My hair was washed couple days ago (yes you read correctly, I only wash my hair three times a week, otherwise they will get greasy very very fast)<\/strong><\/span>. During the weekend I will test how the spray will work on curls.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
