Siit\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4nkin sujuvalla aasinsillalla p\u00e4iv\u00e4n kitin\u00e4\u00e4n. Kuka idiootti suunnittelee n\u00e4it\u00e4 ep\u00e4k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6llisi\u00e4 valmisvaatekaappeja? Katsokaa nyt. Hyllyt ovat j\u00e4rjett\u00f6m\u00e4n kaukana toisistaan niin ett\u00e4 niille j\u00e4\u00e4 paljon turhaa tyhj\u00e4\u00e4 tilaa (j\u00e4i jo ennen siivousta)<\/strong><\/span>. Kaappin yl\u00e4p\u00e4\u00e4ss\u00e4 mutta my\u00f6s alap\u00e4\u00e4ss\u00e4 hyllyjen s\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6rei\u00e4t loppuvat kesken. Yl\u00f6s voisi laittaa yhden ylim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4isen hyllyn esim harvemmin k\u00e4ytett\u00e4ville kengille, mutta ei sitten voikaan koska hyllynkannakkeille ei ole reiki\u00e4 tarpeeksi ylh\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4. Ylin hylly on nyt ylimmiss\u00e4 rei’iss\u00e4. No ent\u00e4s sitten tankopuoli? Tankokaappeja on makuuhuoneessa yhteens\u00e4 kolme. Yksi on is\u00e4nn\u00e4n k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 ja kaksi minun. Kaikki mekot ovat yhdess\u00e4 kaapissa joten t\u00e4m\u00e4 toinen j\u00e4\u00e4 puseroille ja hameille. Kuvasta n\u00e4kee varsin selke\u00e4sti ett\u00e4 kaapin alaosa on periaatteessa turhaa tyhj\u00e4\u00e4 tilaa johon vain kasautuu tavaraa joka ei sovi muualle. Ei sitten suunnittelijalla tullut mieleen ett\u00e4 voisi vaikka pist\u00e4\u00e4 kaksi tankoa p\u00e4\u00e4llekk\u00e4in, alempaan sopisivat hameet ja ylemp\u00e4\u00e4n puserot. Ajatuksena on jossain vaiheessa siirt\u00e4\u00e4 tankokaapin alempi hylly toiseen kaappiin, nostaa tankoa ylemm\u00e4s ja hommata toinen tanko alapuolelle. Mutta ei ole viel\u00e4 saanut aikaiseksi, seh\u00e4n vaatii katsokaas kauppaan menemist\u00e4.<\/p>\n

Niin ja sitten viel\u00e4 yksi asia. Tiet\u00e4\u00e4k\u00f6 joku mist\u00e4 saisi kivoja kapeita mutta pitki\u00e4 koreja\/laatikoita<\/strong><\/span> joita mahtuisi kaappiin kaksi rinnakkain? Nuo perusmuovikorit joissa s\u00e4ilyt\u00e4n alusvaatteita eiv\u00e4t mahdu rinnakkain joten ovat per\u00e4kk\u00e4in mutta ovat \u00e4lytt\u00f6m\u00e4n hankalat ja ep\u00e4k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6lliset. Otetaan my\u00f6s ideoita vastaan v\u00f6iden s\u00e4ilytt\u00e4misest\u00e4. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\nNow I could use some applause and cheering. I cleaned my closet (shhh, let’s not mention three other closet I keep my clothes in nor our full laundry baskets)<\/strong><\/span>. Result: less than one bag of think-through stuff, two bags of things to sell, one and half bags of stuff that needs repairs (and some of them might end up in with the things to sell anyway)<\/strong><\/span>. And of course organized wardrobe. Yay, I’m winning!<\/p>\n

That brings me to my whine of the day. Who idiot designs these impractical readymade closets? I mean look at it. Shelves are way too far away from each other and there is too much empty space (even before the clean up)<\/strong><\/span>. On the top the highest shelf is sitting on the highest adjustment holes, so you can’t put any more shelves above, even if you wanted to.\u00a0 Same thing on the bottom. And look at the hanger side. We have three hanger closets in the bedroom. One is in the use of boyfriend and two in mine. All my dresses fit in one so this other one is reserved for tops, blouses and skirts. You can see from the picture that the bottom of the closet is basically useless and only piling stuff that doesn’t fit anywhere else. Designer didn’t come to think of putting maybe two poles in it, one on top for blouses, one on the bottom for skirts. My plan is to move one shelf to the other closet, move that pole a bit higher and then get another pole on the bottom. But I haven’t got arround on doing that, it requires going to the shop.<\/p>\n

And one more thing. Does anyone know where to get pretty narrow but long baskets\/boxes<\/strong><\/span> that would fit side by side inside the closet? Those plastic basic baskets where I keep my underwear are too wide to put side by side and this way they are way too impractical. I would also be grateful for having ideas how to store belts. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
