Even though I have become pretty lazy <\/span>city-girl, I can&#8217;t help myself dreaming of my own romantic garden where apple trees bloom in the spring and noise of the cars is only a distant memory. Perfect for those kind of days is the second easiest dessert in the world <a href=\"http:\/\/evildressmaker.blogspot.com\/2009\/05\/dagen-efter-eli-elamaa-viisujen-jalkeen.html\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\">(easiest dessert in the world)<\/span><\/a>. You can&#8217;t even call it baking since you don&#8217;t need oven for this. Even though my blog isn&#8217;t about recipes, I&#8217;m going to share this with you, because it is so tasty.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: rgb(102, 51, 0);font-family:arial;\" >English cheesecake<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;font-size:85%;\">Enough for cake tin with diameter 20 cm. If it&#8217;s bigger, add more ingredients.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;\" >crust:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">10-14 diggestive-bisquits<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">100 g melted butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;\" >filling:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">200 g cream cheese<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">100 g creme fraiche<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">2-3 big spoons of vanillasugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\">1 big spoon of lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Crumble bisquits<\/span> and melt the butter. Add melted butter with crumbs and mix properly. Butter the spring form tin. You can also use shallow quiche or tart tins because this cake isn&#8217;t very high. Spread crumbmix on the bottom and put it in the fridge to settle.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Beat cream<\/span> cheese and creme fraiche<\/span><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"> until mix is smooth. Add vanilla sugar as much as your taste requires and mix. I like strong vanilla taste so I think I added quite a bit. You can replace vanilla sugar with vanilla extract and plain baking sugar. Finally add lemon juice. It is not necessary but adds little bit kick to it. This is enough for thin layer <span style=\"font-size:85%;\">(like in the photo)<\/span> so if you want more, double the amount of ingredients.
