\nToday I was doing something very exciting. My friend has collected vintage for about 16 years and now she has to sell most of it. I was helping her to sort and pack them. About ten huge rubbish bags (if that tells anything about the amount) <\/strong><\/span>of dresses and accessories from around 20’s to 80’s are coming for sale in 11-12.3 to our Boutique\/Workspace, L\u00e4hteenkatu 11<\/strong><\/span>, door N, Tampere. On friday there will be some refreshments available aswell. Doors are open on friday at 18-22<\/strong><\/span> and if any dresses left on saturday at 10-15. There will be also couple men’s clothes like couple smoking jackets and heavy weight wool suit with waistcoat. Dresses and accessories will be sold in current condition, they haven’t been washed for a while or repaired, this is acknowledged on the pricing. All payments with cash.<\/p>\n

As a thanks for my help on packing I was able to do my own shopping in advance. It is very rare to find my size vintage dresses, especially ones that fit around the bust, but I was still able to find three gorgeous dresses. I can only wonder how they were able to make dresses so that person’s waist always looks so thin. Now you won’t see dresses on me because I have to wash and maintain them first. You have to settle for smudgy hanger photos, but that should give you some idea. I can post photos me wearing them later when they’ve been fixed and I have occasion to wear them. That creamy brown lace dress is probably my favourite, what is yours?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
