\nI used about 2 mm pin pleats and scalloped seam. For
\nruffles you need material atleast 1,8 times the length of
\nready ruffle. So if your hem circumference is 2 m you will
\nneed about 3,6 m of cut fabric strip for one hole layer of ruffle.
