Tilastot kuitenkin kertovat aivan omaa kielt\u00e4\u00e4n. Tilaaminen avautui suomalaisille toukokuussa 2023. Sen j\u00e4lkeen myynti on kasvanut r\u00e4j\u00e4hdysm\u00e4isesti. Viime vuonna Suomeen tilattiin EU:n ulkopuolelta 28,8 miljoonaa pakettia. Ylen mukaan<\/a> m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 on kahdessa vuodessa<\/strong> 35-kertaistunut. Toistan: 35-KERTAISTUNUT<\/strong>! Kukaan ei voi oikeasti tarvita<\/strong> tuollaista m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4 tavaraa. Ei sitten mill\u00e4\u00e4n. Kuulet varmaan sarkasmin \u00e4\u00e4ness\u00e4ni sinne intternetin toiselle puolelle kun totean ett\u00e4 mitenk\u00f6h\u00e4n sit\u00e4 p\u00e4rj\u00e4ttiin n\u00e4it\u00e4 (kiinalaisia) nettikauppoja ennen? Ihmisten todelliset tarpeet eiv\u00e4t ole kahdessa vuodessa (!) mitenk\u00e4\u00e4n voineet 35-kertaistua (perusteluissa kohta kaksi)<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Tilastojen mukaan suomalaiset ovat tilanneet mm. seuraavia<\/strong> Lis\u00e4ksi suoraan Kiinasta tilataan kosmetiikkaa, sisustavaroita, valaisimia, remonttitarvikkeita, leluja, jalkineita, kodinkoneita ja s\u00e4hk\u00f6laitteita, ty\u00f6kaluja, hiuskoristeita ja kampoja jne. Ensimm\u00e4inen ehk\u00e4 varaosaksi kuviteltavissa oleva tuotekategoria on vasta tilaston sijalla 31: eristetyt langat ja kaapelit noin 160 500 paketilla. Tilausm\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4t ovat siis aivan valtavia. Varaosia my arse! Toki niit\u00e4kin, mutta varaosat eiv\u00e4t ole l\u00e4hellek\u00e4\u00e4n siell\u00e4 k\u00e4rkikahinoissa kun katsotaan mit\u00e4 sielt\u00e4 oikeasti ihmiset tilaavat (perustelujen kohta yksi)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No menn\u00e4\u00e4n kolmanteen v\u00e4itt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n: samaa tavaraa myyd\u00e4\u00e4n kaikissa kotimaisissakin kaupoissa. Tutkimukset osoittavat<\/a> ett\u00e4 eip\u00e4s vaan myyd\u00e4k\u00e4\u00e4n. Kaikkea Suomen ja EU:n sis\u00e4ll\u00e4 myyt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 tavaraa koskee kuluttajansuojalaki ja tuoteturvallisuuslaki. Tuotteiden tulee siis noudattaa kullekin tuotekategorialle asetetut turvallisuusm\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ykset. Ne eiv\u00e4t saa sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 tiettyj\u00e4 kiellettyj\u00e4 kemikaaleja, eiv\u00e4tk\u00e4 tiettyjen aineiden pitoisuudet saa ylitt\u00e4\u00e4 m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ttyj\u00e4 raja-arvoja. S\u00e4hk\u00f6laitteiden tulee olla tarkistetusti k\u00e4ytt\u00f6turvallisia sek\u00e4 ihmisille, ett\u00e4 omaisuudelle. Kosmetiikka ja muut ihokosketuksessa pitki\u00e4 aikoja olevat tuotteet eiv\u00e4t saa luovuttaa haitallisia aineita iholle ja elimist\u00f6\u00f6n. Jne. jne. Erilaisia tuoteturvallisuutta koskevia lakeja ja s\u00e4\u00e4d\u00f6ksi\u00e4 on paljon. On totta ett\u00e4 eih\u00e4n tulli pysty tutkimaan aivan jokaista yksitt\u00e4ist\u00e4 maahan tulevaa tuotetta. Siksi niist\u00e4 otetaankin pistokokeita ja niiden tai muista syist\u00e4 havaittujen puutteiden tai vikojen perusteella tehd\u00e4\u00e4n takaisinvetoja haitallisista tai vaarallisista tuotteista. Lait ja s\u00e4\u00e4d\u00f6kset toimivat my\u00f6skin tehokkaana pelotteena, yritykset ovat nimitt\u00e4in velvollisia korvaamaan aiheutuneista haitoista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kiinalaisten verkkokauppojen tuotteita<\/a> (uutinen maksumuurin takana) n\u00e4m\u00e4 lait eiv\u00e4t kuitenkaan koske eiv\u00e4tk\u00e4 tavoita. Niist\u00e4 suoraan tilaava yksityisasiakas vastaa omasta ja perheens\u00e4 tuoteturvallisuudesta aivan itse. Ik\u00e4v\u00e4mpi juttu vain on ett\u00e4 n\u00e4it\u00e4 tuotteita on jo alettu k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 ty\u00f6paikoilla, urheiluseuroissa ja muissa harrasteporukoissa ja Suomessa valmistettavien k\u00e4sity\u00f6tuotteiden materiaaleina. N\u00e4enn\u00e4isesti t\u00e4ysin saman n\u00e4k\u00f6inen tuote suomalaisessa kaupassa ja T\u20acmussa, voivat olla laadultaan ja materiaalisis\u00e4ll\u00f6lt\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4ysin erilaiset. Kiinasta suoraan tilatuista tuotteista on tutkimuksissa l\u00f6ytynyt<\/a> sallittujen rajojen ylitt\u00e4vi\u00e4 kemikaalij\u00e4\u00e4mi\u00e4, raskasmetalleja ja hormoonih\u00e4iritsij\u00f6it\u00e4. Lis\u00e4ksi kuluttajaa harhautetaan s\u00e4hk\u00f6laitteissa olevalla CE-merkki\u00e4 imitoivalla China Export-merkill\u00e4<\/a>. Olkaa siis tarkkana, kaikki CE-merkinn\u00e4t eiv\u00e4t siis ole aitoja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Tulli on t\u00e4llaisen tavaram\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4n edess\u00e4 aika voimaton. Resurssit eiv\u00e4t riit\u00e4 n\u00e4iden tuotteiden pistokokeisiin. Niinp\u00e4 Tulli haluaisikin ett\u00e4 n\u00e4iden verkkokauppojen toimitus suoraan kuluttajille kiellett\u00e4isiin. Jos n\u00e4m\u00e4 kaupat joutuisivat perustamaan Eurooppaan varaston ja maahantuonnin, tullin olisi mahdollista silloin valvoa tuoteturvallisuutta paremmin. Itse en ole tilannut n\u00e4ist\u00e4 kiina-kaupoista mit\u00e4\u00e4n, enk\u00e4 aiokaan tilata. Niin, miksi? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n Are you proud T\u20acmu-user or ordering in secret? Do you recommend T\u20acmu and Sh\u20acin to your friends or are you boldly, even with a hint of rage promoting against it? Couple days ago the new statistics of 2024 were published. Statistics show what and how much Finnish people are ordering things from T\u20acmu. I noticed this news on the EU climate ambassador, Timo Huhtam\u00e4ki’s instagram post. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Usual claims to defending ordering from China:<\/strong> Statistic are telling a different story. T\u20acmu became available in Finland in may 2023. Since then the ordering directly from China has exploded. During last year Finns ordered 28,8 packages from outside EU. According to YLE<\/a> (article in Finnish)<\/strong>, this amount is 35 times more than two years ago<\/strong>. I repeat: 35 times more<\/strong>! Nobody needs that much stuff. There is no way. You probably will hear the sarcasm in my voice all the way to the other side of interwebs when I say that how on earth did we ever survive without online shopping (from china)<\/strong>? It’s just not possible that peoples real needs (second claim) <\/strong>have multiplied 35 times in just two years (!). <\/p>\n\n\n\n According to statistics, Finns ordered for example following:<\/strong> People also ordered directly from China cosmetics, interior decoration items, lamps and light fixtures, renovation materials, toys, shoes, home apliences and electronic devices, tools, hair decorations and combs etc. First item category, which can be described as spare parts was on the 31. place on the list: insulated wires and cabels, 160500 packages. These amounts of orders are massive. Spare parts my arse! Well sure, people have ordered spare parts too, but they are not anywhere near the top items ordered (claims number one)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Well, lets go to the third claim: same items are sold in local shops. Study shows that no it isn’t. All items sold in Finland and EU are bound by consumer protection laws and product safety laws. So all products have to follow the safety rules and regulations appointed to that particular product group. They are not allowed to have illegal chemicals, neither the content of certain substances can go over certain limit. Electric devices must be safe to use, for people and properties. Cosmetics and other items which are long time touching the skin can’t be dissolving toxins or other harmfull substances and allowing them to be absorbed by skin and to the body. Etc. etc. There are lot of laws and legislation about product safety. It is true that Customs is not able to check every single item that comes to the country, however they will make frequent spot check ups. Any flaw which is noticed, with spot check or otherwise, will cause item pullback. These laws are also working as deterrent, because companies are responsible also giving compensation if harm is done to the users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However these laws are not affecting products which are ordered directly from China. Person who is ordering directly from China is responsible for the safety of themselves and their family. More upsetting is that these items have already made their way to workplaces, hobby groups and even as materials for handcraft products. Item that is seemingly identical than in the Finnish shop, might have completely different material content and safety. Studies have found that items ordered directly from China<\/a> (article in Finnish) have much more harmfull chemicals, heavymetals and hormone disruptors than products sold in EU. Consumers are also lead on by China Export-marking <\/a>which is almost identical to the CE-certificate marking. So be carefull, not all CE-markings are authentic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Customs is quite overpowered by the amount of packages rolling in. Resources are just not enough to start testing the mass amount of items coming over the border. So Finnish Customs would like to forbid the selling these third world countries items directly to consumers. If the shops like T\u20acmu and Sh\u20acin would be forced to establish import and storage to Europe, it would be possible to check the product safety better. I have not ordered anything from these chinese shops, and I’m not going to either. I have also started to ask, especially from private sellers, where they got their materials, tools and equipment from. Some time ago I had to decline a purchase, when I heard that yarn winding tool was bought from T\u20acmu. Ordering directly from China has other affects than just personal safety. Ordering from outside Finland and EU is taking the income from local entrepreneurs and businesses. It is taking away jobs and exporting our tax money to China. This linen pinafore is also one of my favourites, it is really comfy and I can change the blouse according to what I feel like wearing. Quite often I wear fine renaissance-chemise made of viscose. It has drawstring neckline. This coat has been on break for couple of years now, but I have used the blue dress a lot lately. Unfortunately it’s starting to be so worn out, I might have to retire it soon.
