Minulla kun on tapana aina j\u00e4rjest\u00e4\u00e4 itseni kaikenlaisiin tilanteisiin niin t\u00e4ll\u00e4 kertaa k\u00e4vi semmoinen pieni lumipalloefekti. Minulta pyydettiin loppukes\u00e4st\u00e4 jotain pient\u00e4 n\u00e4yttely\u00e4 tai esittely\u00e4 paikalliselle kotiseutumuseolle. No sitten kun olin pit\u00e4nyt t\u00e4m\u00e4n esitelm\u00e4ni niit\u00e4 toivottiin lis\u00e4\u00e4. Mutta ei siin\u00e4 kaikki. Paikallisesta sanomalehdest\u00e4 otti toimittaja yhteytt\u00e4 ja halusi haastatella minua liittyen historiallisten pukujen harrastukseeni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No toimittaja k\u00e4vi ja viipyi kolme tuntia. Sanoinkin ett\u00e4 t\u00e4st\u00e4 aiheesta juttua riitt\u00e4isi vaikka viikoksi. Juttu julkaistiin jokin aika sitten Tyrv\u00e4\u00e4n sanomissa, Satakunnan kansassa ja Aamulehdess\u00e4. Mopo niin sanotusti karkasi k\u00e4sist\u00e4. Mutta eip\u00e4 siin\u00e4 mit\u00e4\u00e4n, n\u00e4it\u00e4 sattuu. Ja hienoa ett\u00e4 historiallisten pukujen harrastaminen sai n\u00e4in roppakaupalla n\u00e4kyvyytt\u00e4. Juttu saattaa olla viel\u00e4 luettavissa lehtien maksullisissa verkkojulkaisuissa.<\/p>\n\n\n

I seem to have a habit of getting myself into all sorts of situations. This time a funny snowball effect happened. I was requested some sort of small exhibition or lecture to the local museum. I managed to organize one and soon after people requested more. But that’s not all. Local newspaper noticed it and they wanted to interview me about my historical costumes hobby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well, reporter dropped by and stayed for three hours. I did tell them that if they don’t stop me, I will talk about it for a week. Interview was published in three newspaper, local paper and two other with wider spread. So things kind of got out of hand. But that’s ok, it happens. And it’s wonderfull that historical costumes hobby got so much visibility in newspapers. It might still be available on those fore-mentioned newspapers online subscription versions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
