Sunnuntaina k\u00e4vin py\u00f6r\u00e4ht\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 pikaisesti Designtorilla<\/a>, ensimm\u00e4ist\u00e4 kertaa. Erin\u00e4isist\u00e4 syyst\u00e4 olen joka kerta aiemmin missannut koko Designtorin. T\u00e4ll\u00e4 kertaa l\u00e4ksin kuitenkin mukaan, osin ihan puhtaasti uteliaisuuttani mutta my\u00f6s etsi\u00e4kseni syntt\u00e4rilahjaa. Tarjolla oli paljon kaikenlaista kiinnostavaa vaatteista koruihin ja sisustustavaroihin. Monet design-vaatteet kyll\u00e4 olivat omaan tyyliini turhan moderneja. Unohdin (tyhm\u00e4 min\u00e4)<\/strong><\/span> kamerani kotiin ja napsin muutaman kuvan k\u00e4nnyk\u00e4ll\u00e4 mutta eip\u00e4 niiss\u00e4 juuri julkaisukelpoisia ollut. Yksi kuva kuitenkin onnistui. House of Lolitan<\/a> musta samettituoli on jumalainen! Harmi ett\u00e4 kotimme on jo t\u00e4ynn\u00e4 eik\u00e4 sinne mahdu edes yht\u00e4 uutta tuolia. Eip\u00e4 sill\u00e4 ett\u00e4 olisi edes varaa ostaa kolmen tonnin tuoli.<\/p>\n

L\u00f6ysin sen etsim\u00e4ni syntt\u00e4rilahjan, mutta en sit\u00e4 nyt paljasta ihan vain varmuuden vuoksi jos sattuisi ett\u00e4 lahjan saaja lukaisee blogia. Lahjaa etsiesss\u00e4ni l\u00f6ysin my\u00f6s itselleni jotain. Olen ihaillut titiMadamin<\/a> koruja jo pidemp\u00e4\u00e4n mutta niin hienoja kuin ovatkin eiv\u00e4t oikein ole istuneet omaan tyyliini. Eiv\u00e4t ennenkuin nyt. Walnut-kokoelmasta olisi l\u00f6ytynyt monta muutakin ihanaa kaulakorua mutta p\u00e4\u00e4dyin lopulta Birdcage-riipukseen<\/strong><\/span> joka sopii omaan tyyliini kuin nen\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4h\u00e4n.<\/p>\n

On sunday I went to check the local Designmarket-event<\/a>, for the very first time. I have missed it every time for numerous reasons. This time I joined in, out of curiosity but also to find birthday present for someone. There was loads of interesting stuff to see, from clothing to jewelry and interior decoration items. Many design clothes were a bit too modern for my taste though. I forgot (stupid me)<\/strong><\/span> my camera at home and my mobile phone camera was acting up so there isn’t much to see on those photos. On photo turned out ok though. That is gorgeous velvet armchair from House of Lolita<\/a>. Too bad our home is full of stuff already, not even room for one chair. Not that I can afford to pay 3000 euros for one chair anyway.<\/p>\n

I also found the present I was looking for, but I won’t reveal here incase the receiver reads the blog. While searching for that I also found something for myself. I have been admiring titiMadam’s<\/a> jewelry some time now. They just haven’t exactly been my style, even though very pretty. Not until now. There would have been several nice options on the Walnut-collection but I ended up buying Birdcage-pendant<\/strong><\/span>. It suits my style perfectly.<\/p>\n
