Okei, siin\u00e4 tulee hiki, mutta niin kuuluukin. Hikoilu ei ole pahasta eik\u00e4 v\u00e4\u00e4rin <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>(ellei nyt sitten satu olemaan joku sairaus jota hikoilu pahentaa, en tied\u00e4 onko sellaista mutta disclaimer)<\/strong><\/span>. He tulevat sinne tekem\u00e4\u00e4n sit\u00e4 samaa kuin sin\u00e4kin, liikkumaan, yll\u00e4pit\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n omaa terveytt\u00e4\u00e4n ja fyysist\u00e4 kuntoaan. Toivon siis ett\u00e4 kukaan ei j\u00e4t\u00e4 harrastamatta liikuntaa siksi, ett\u00e4 kokee itsens\u00e4 rumaksi liikkuessaan tai liikuntavarusteissa. Liikunta ei v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00e4 aina ole n\u00e4tti\u00e4, mutta ei sen kuulukaan olla. Liikunnan todelliset henkiset ja fyysiset hy\u00f6dyt ovat monin verroin t\u00e4rke\u00e4mm\u00e4t kuin se milt\u00e4 n\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 sit\u00e4 tehdess\u00e4!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.evildressmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/inenglish.gif\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7004\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.evildressmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/inenglish.gif?resize=214%2C100\" alt=\"inenglish\" width=\"214\" height=\"100\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I noticed\u00a0conversation in social media about how current social pressure of being beautiful is now so serious problem, it actually stops\u00a0people from exercising. I have been also following little bit of the conversation on the adult recreational ballet field and noticed that for some the wall-size mirror at the ballet studio is causing anxiety. Because you can see constantly how your face and body look like while doing the exercise. I have always thought that quite non-relevant when it comes to sport. Apparently I am now slowly becoming a rarity on that perspective.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t subscribe nor read exercise magazines, but I&#8217;ve heard that in some of them they even give tips how to look good while exercising or how to hide disgusting sweat stains on your sports clothing. So even the so called health magazines are keeping up the idea of looking perfect every single moment of your life. Pardon my french, but I have always thought that the purpose of sports and exercise is to get sweaty and keep up your physical health, not to look pretty. The idea is to to raise your heartbeat and make your muscles work.<\/p>\n<p>I am quite shocked about this revelation. Even though I&#8217;m not known to be the most athletic person nor the health guru, I just have to say couple things. The idea of exercise is to keep fit and stay healthy. It is done just for your own benefit, not for anyone else. Okay, it is sweaty, but so it should be. Sweating is not wrong or bad for you <span style=\"color: #808080;\">(<strong>well, unless you happen to have some sort of illness that turns worse when sweating, I don&#8217;t know if such thing exist, this is a disclaimer in case)<\/strong><\/span>. If you don&#8217;t sweat while doing exercise, you are either doing it wrong or you are part of that perhaps happy group of people who sweat very rarely. I can tell you that I&#8217;m not. I am one of the people in the ballet class who needs the towel several times during. I sweat already after 15 minutes, every single time. Visible sweat only\u00a0tells other people you have been sporting, nothing else. You also might get red face and that is completely normal. Everyone has a red face after proper exercise. Mine looks like boiled crab after a ballet lesson. Facial expressions might also look more like horrid grin like pretty smile. That is also ok, we all look like that.<\/p>\n<p>If and when you exercise in public places or in groups, just remember that other people didn&#8217;t come there to judge your looks, they came to do the same thing than you did. To have a good exercise, to maintain their own health and physical strength. If they are looking at other people, it is most likely because they need help on remembering the choreo or finding the right technique<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong> (which is vital in many cases, because wrong technique might cause risk of injury)<\/strong><\/span>. I understand that to some people the general fear of social situations might be too much, but this also applies to jogging and other places where you don&#8217;t really have to meet so much people. So, I hope that no-one doesn&#8217;t stop doing exercise just because they think they look too ugly while doing it or while wearing their sports gear. Exercise is not always necessarily very pretty, but it is not supposed to be pretty.
