I never would have thought\u00a0this will happen, but I actually bought exercise band! I think I must have lost a screw or two for good. I’ve never been very athletic and buying exercise items just isn’t my thing. Well, this time I have valid explanation. I mentioned earlier that our ballet teacher suggested that we could start the easy pointe work in January. So now I have exercise band for strengthening my ankles. Thera band would be the “original” brand, but because hubby’s shoulder rehabilitation Thera bands don’t have\u00a0enough resistance and I don’t really want to push my toes through them by accident, I just bought cheap knock-off from local shop.<\/p>\n
