Aiemmin postasin siit\u00e4 mit\u00e4 ompelijan ty\u00f6p\u00e4iv\u00e4 sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4. Nyt vilautan teille v\u00e4h\u00e4n, ett\u00e4 mit\u00e4 kaikkea sit\u00e4 on tullut t\u00f6iss\u00e4 tehty\u00e4. Olen erikoistunut naisten vaatetukseen, erityisesti juhlapukuihin ja vintageen. Teen kyll\u00e4 kaikkea muutakin johon ammattitaitoni ja ty\u00f6v\u00e4lineeni riitt\u00e4v\u00e4t, my\u00f6s miesten asuja. Eniten pid\u00e4n erikoisista, hieman tavallisesta poikkeavista tilauksista, mutta teen toki ihan arkivaatetustakin. Kivointa on ollut se ett\u00e4 osasta lukijoitanikin on tullut asiakkaitani. Tilausty\u00f6t ovat yleens\u00e4 uniikkeja, eik\u00e4 toista samanlaista koskaan tehd\u00e4, ellei sama asiakas nimenomaisesti tahdo toista identtist\u00e4 vaatetta. En siis koskaan tarkoituksella tee toiselle asiakkalle aivan samanlaista kuin aiemmalle asiakkaalleni olen tehnyt. Tosin eip\u00e4 sellaista tilannetta ole viel\u00e4 eteen tullutkaan.<\/p>\n

T\u00e4n\u00e4 vuonna olen lis\u00e4ksi alkanut valmistaa tangoharrastajille tangoasuja koska niiden saatavuus Suomessa on kuulemma huono. Valikoimista l\u00f6ytyy siis valmis tangomallisto, joka on suunniteltu yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 tango-opettaja Maria Elisabeth Laur\u00e9nin kanssa, \u00a0mutta teen niit\u00e4kin toivomuksesta ja asiakkaiden omista kankaista. Ja sitten on toki oma perusmallistoni joka on ollut hiukan heitteill\u00e4 t\u00e4ss\u00e4 viimeaikoina. Korjausompeluhommista en yleens\u00e4 tapaa ottaa kuvia koska niiss\u00e4 ei varsinaisesti ole mit\u00e4\u00e4n n\u00e4kemist\u00e4, vetoketjun vaihtoja kun yleens\u00e4 ovat ja lahkeen lyhennyksi\u00e4 yms. Erikoisemmista korjaus- tai muutost\u00f6ist\u00e4 on kyll\u00e4 tullut napattua kuvia.<\/p>\n

Earlier I posted about what seamstress work day is like. Now I will show you what kind of things I have been making. I am specialized on womens clothing, especially on party gowns and vintage.\u00a0I do make other stuff too, like men’s clothing, anything my skills and equipment allow me to. I like the most unusual orders, but of coursse I also make everyday clothes. I think the loveliest thing is that some of my readers have become also my customers. Usually garments I make\u00a0are one-of-the-kind, and there never will be another quite like it, unless the same customer especially wants identical piece. So I will never make identical item to another customer what I have already made for someone else before. All though there hasn’t ever been such case someone would have wanted something identical than someone else.<\/p>\n

This year I have also started my own tango garment collection, because they are not that available here in Finland. So I have ready-made tango collection, designed in collaboration with tango teacher Maria Elisabeth Laur\u00e9n, but I also do them custom-made if needed.\u00a0\u00a0And then there is my own basic collection, which have been a bit neglected recently. I don’t have any photos of repair jobs, they are usually so basic stuff there’s not really much to see in them. However I do have photos of more unusual alterations.<\/p>\n
