P\u00e4\u00e4tin osallistua tuollaiseen asu-valokuvakisaan jossa inspiraationa on kaksi 1940-luvun lehtiartikkelia, joissa kuvaillaan ajan muotiasuja. Kilpailun j\u00e4rjest\u00e4\u00e4 Emily Vintage Visions-blogista<\/a>. Hirmuisen hauska ajatus ottaa pukeutumisinspiraatiota vanhoista lehtiartikkelista. Lukiessani ensimm\u00e4ist\u00e4 artikkelia, inspiraatio muodostui kuin itsest\u00e4\u00e4n ja niinp\u00e4 teemana on musta, punainen ja kimallus. Inspiroiduin erityisesti turkiksia, v\u00e4rej\u00e4 ja strassikoruja kuvailevista kohdista. Valitettavasti t\u00e4h\u00e4n asuun ei kuitenkaan vintage-turkiksia tullut, koska olin juuri ehtinyt lainata ne kaverille pukun\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4 varten. Huomioikaa my\u00f6skin sota-aikaan vihjaavat v\u00e4rien nimet.<\/p>\n

… Toinen musta puku esiteltiin hypnoottisen t\u00e4yspitk\u00e4n, punaisen, mustalla samettikauluksella koristellun\u00a0ajurintakin alla. Kaksi strassiklipsi\u00e4, toinen kysymysmerkin muotoinen ja toinen huutomerkin muotoinen, oli kiinnitetty puvun miehustan taskuihin…<\/p>\n

… Punainen laukku ja k\u00e4sineet oli puettu laivastonharmaan villapuvun kanssa ja punaiset kilinnahkak\u00e4sineet loivat yll\u00e4t\u00e4v\u00e4n kontrastin sotilaansinisen jakkupuvun kanssa, muutoin yhdistettyn\u00e4 ruskeisiin asusteisiin…<\/p>\n

Mallilla oli t\u00e4m\u00e4n hatun kera p\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4\u00e4n musta r\u00e4\u00e4t\u00e4l\u00f6ity puku ja h\u00e4n kantoi hopeakettumuhvia. Toisessa Peru-vaikutteisessa\u00a0puna-mustassa huopaisessa pillerihatussa oli sivuille kiinnitettyn\u00e4 kirkkaat punaiset silkkihuivit jotka kulkivat ristiin leuan alle ja siit\u00e4 molemmin puolin olkap\u00e4ille…<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I decided to take part on this charming outfit photo competition by Emily at Vintage Visions<\/a>. Inspirations for the outfits have to come from two newspaper articles, which describe fashion of the time. It was delightfully funny idea to draw inspiration from an old fashion articles.While reading the first article, my vision appeared just like that, so my theme is red, black and sparkle. I mostly got inspired about the descriptions of fur, bright colours and rhinestones. Unfortunately there’s no vintage fur in this outfit, because I just recently borrowed all my vintage fur stoles to a friend for a fashion show. Also notice the war time related names for colours.<\/p>\n

… More on the teacup side of the clock, a model wore one of the new tunic dresses with a slim shirt of dove brown crepe topped with a long blouse made of tapestry. She carried a brown skunk muff, barreled shaped, stabbed in the middle with a sparkling pin about the size of the palm of your hand…<\/i><\/p>\n

… Another was shown under a hypnotic red full-length coachman’s coat with black velvet collar. Two rhinestone clips, one a question mark, the other an exclamation point, were pinned on the bodice pockets of the dress…<\/i><\/p>\n

… A red bag and gloves were worn with a fleet gray wool suit, and red kid gloves provided a startling accent for a soldier blue jacket suit, otherwise ensembled with brown accessories…<\/i><\/p>\n

Another hat that showed a Peruvian influence was a black and red felt pillbox type with a bright red silk scarf which extended from the sides of the hat, was brought together under the chin, thus framing the face, and draped across both shoulders…<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
