N\u00e4ist\u00e4 erityismaininta menee ehdottomasti Santen mansikka-kuohuviini-moussekakulle.\u00a0Pintxot ovat tarjolla perjantaihin asti. K\u00e4yk\u00e4\u00e4 ihmeess\u00e4 kokeilemassa jos vain ehditte. N\u00e4it\u00e4 maistellessa saa tuntea itsens\u00e4 melkein kuin Master Chef-tuomariksi.<\/p>\n

Tapas<\/strong><\/span>
\nEspanjalaisia pieni\u00e4 kylmi\u00e4 tai l\u00e4mpimi\u00e4 seurustelun lomassa nautittavia ruoka-annoksia. Annokset ovat pieni\u00e4 suupaloja jotka sy\u00f6d\u00e4\u00e4n yleens\u00e4 sormin.<\/p>\n

Pintxo (pincho)<\/strong><\/span>
\nPohjois-Espanjassa ja erityisesti Baskimaassa suosittu, pieni baarissa tarjoiltava tapas-snack jonka pohjalla on yleens\u00e4 pala leip\u00e4\u00e4. Tyypillisesti pintxo on koottu yhteen cocktailtikulla. Usein tapana on ett\u00e4 asiakasta laskutetaan lautasella olevien tikkujen m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4n mukaan.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Have you ever heard of pintxo? I don’t remember hearing about them either, not before yesterday. This week in my hometown is Tamperrada (our take on traditional La Tamborrada)<\/strong><\/span>. 20 restaurants serve small tapas with very affordable price of 2 \u20ac. We decided to go on a little tour to try these little delicacies and oh boy, oh boy! It was fun, but also very good and cheap way to get to know the local restaurants.<\/p>\n

We dropped by in nine restaurants in total. You can see the complete list of pintxo-restaurants on the event page<\/a>. Idea is to first go and try them and then vote for your favourite. It’s so difficult to choose because there is now three rather tough competitors. I might have to go tomorrow and try couple more. My favourites were tar flavour white fish with blueberries, salmon on lotus and mushrooms with salmon. I also want to give credit to small pork kebab. Almost all restaurants served also other options along with the competing portion. My favourite of these side servings was strawberry-sparkling wine-mousse cake. If you happen to be in the neighbourhood go and try. While tasting these you can almost imagine\u00a0yourself as a\u00a0Master Chef judge.<\/p>\n

Tapas<\/strong><\/span>
\nSpanish cold or hot\u00a0small food portions, served to encourage conversation instead of whole meal. Just small mouthfulls of food, usually eaten without knife and fork.<\/p>\n

Pintxo (pincho)<\/strong><\/span>
\nSmall snack, served in bars in Northern Spain and especially in Basque country. Typically pintxo is put together with stick and there is often piece of bread on the bottom. Often the custom is that customer is charged by the number of sticks they have on the plate.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
